Fraud Reporting

According to the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud, insurance fraud costs Americans approximately $80 billion a year. Insurance fraud costs the average family around $950 a year in increased insurance premiums.

We investigate suspected insurance fraud. If we find sufficient evidence of insurance fraud, we will work with local, state, and federal authorities to prosecute those engaged in illegal activities.

If you discover or suspect fraud by claimants, policyholders, medical providers, attorneys, or others, report it to our Fraud Hotline at 1.800.625.0425 or [email protected].
